Subject to these Terms, IceSro grants you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not: (a) modify, translate, reverse-engineer, reverse-compile or decompile, disassemble, create derivative works of, or use data gathering or extraction tools in connection with the Services; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit the Services, in whole or in part, for any purpose without IceSro express written consent; or (c) engage in any conduct in connection with the Services that may be considered illegal or tortious including, without limitation, “hacking” the Services, or infringing the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of IceSro or third-parties.
Additionally, where the Services are a downloadable game and/or application (“App”), IceSro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on authorized devices, unless otherwise specified.
IN-GAME VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND VIRTUAL ITEMS.
The Service may include an opportunity for you to earn, buy or otherwise obtain in-game currency ("Virtual Currency") aka ''(Premium Silk)'' to access virtual, in-game digital goods or items ("Virtual Items"). Methods of obtaining Virtual Currency are at IceSro's sole discretion. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items are not real currency, do not have monetary value, and may not be redeemed for legal currency, or items of value outside of the Services. Attempting to sell the virtual items is a violationg of rules and your account may get temporarily or permanently banned, regardless you have a purchase history or not.
Virtual Currency and Virtual Items obtained via the Service are provided to you under a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable license to use within the Service. Purchases are non-refundable under any circumstance. You have no property interest, right or title in or to any Virtual Currency or Virtual Items appearing or originating in the Service, and they may not be transferred or resold in any manner, including, without limitation, by means of any direct sale or auction service.
IceSro has no liability for hacking or loss of your Virtual Currency or Virtual Items or any goods or services obtained via Virtual Currency. IceSro reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notification, to change or limit the price, availability, or order quantity of any Virtual Currency or Virtual Items and to refuse to provide you with any Virtual Currency or Virtual Items
Virtual Currency may have an expiration date. If your Virtual Currency or Virtual Items expire and you still have an active Account, IceSro may offer conversion of such Virtual Currency into Virtual Items for you in its sole discretion, however IceSro is under no obligation to do so. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items may be forfeited if: (a) your Account or access to the Services is terminated or suspended for any reason; (b) you breach these Terms; (c) IceSro discontinues availability of the Service; or (d) you disassociate from the Service.
IceSro may engage any third parties in order to process payments and offer you purchasing the Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Items. You may purchase the Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Items on the terms determined by any third parties that process payments. When purchasing the Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Items from the third parties, you thereby guarantee that you have read, understood and accepted the terms of purchase from such third parties.
ADVANCEMENTS, ROLL-BACK AND BETA TESTING.
In exceptional cases such as within the framework of updates or error rectifications, it may be required to reset the game to an earlier status in order to prevent any greater damage (in these Terms and Conditions referred to as "Roll-back"). In this context, the game progress, account score, high scores and achievements/accomplishments, etc. are reset to a corresponding earlier status; any changes in the interim or any developments are lost. Any real money purchases you made in the period of time between the time when the Roll-Back is initiated and the time that the App system is rolled back to will not be refunded, but instead be given to you once more as part of the Roll-Back. Your further claims are excluded unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions. IceSro is entitled but not obliged to grant its users a voluntary bonus e.g. in form of virtual currency or premium features.
ONLINE CONTENT AND CONDUCT.
All Forum, Discord and social media Content posted by you shall be your sole responsibility.
You understand that you may be exposed to Forum Content and actions from other users that are indecent, explicit, offensive, or which otherwise violates these Terms (“Inappropriate Activity”). You can report actual or suspected Inappropriate Activity on https://icesro.com/Discord. IceSro reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action against Inappropriate Activity that IceSro believes to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise violates these Terms. You agree that IceSro will not be liable to you or any third-party in any way for Forum Content, Inappropriate Activity, or for any damage or loss therefrom.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMIT OF LIABILITY.
IceSro makes no representation, warranty, and/or guarantee of the suitability of the services for your purposes, or that the use of the same will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free or other harmful components, or function properly in combination with any third-party technology, hardware, software, systems or data.
The services are provided “as is" and all conditions, representations and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement are hereby disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Further, IceSro makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the same, or to the information, content, communications, materials, or products and service contained therein. Your use of the IceSro services is at your sole risk.
IceSro will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the services, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
You further acknowledge that IceSro is not liable, and you agree not to hold IceSro liable, for the conduct of third-parties, including other users of the services and other third-party sites, and that the risk of using or accessing the services, and of injury from the foregoing, rests entirely with you.
TERMINATION.
These Terms will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term hereof. You and IceSro have the right to terminate or cancel your Account, at any time for any reason and without notice. Upon termination you shall immediately discontinue use of the Services

Refund Policy
Pre-Sale Refund
All pre-sale's are non-refundable. Pre-sales help us work and improve a new project and we rely on these funds.
PayPal Refund
PayPal donations are final and cannot be refunded. Only payments made via PayWant payment gateway are subject to refund.
Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for refund if you purchased ' Premium Silk ' and haven't played the game for more than 2 hours within 14 days of purchase and haven't purchased any items in ingame store.
You will not be eligible for refunds if have been banned or violated the terms of use / server rules. In addition, you may not be eligible for refunds if IceSro determines that you are abusing the refund policy.
How can I request a refund?
You can request a refund by opening a support ticket after you login to your account.
How will I get my refund?
By default, purchases will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase, but this may not always be possible depending on the payment method. You and IceSro may also agree that the refund be issued by alternative method. Please note the amount of time for the refund to process is dependent on your payment method.

Rules
By registering an account on IceSro, you accept that you have read and will follow all the rules listed below. If you break any of the rules stated below, a punishment will apply which might include:
- Temporary account block
- Permanent account block
- Permanent IP & PC block
- Permanent block for all the accounts associated with your IP and PC
- Permanent block for your character name
IP and HWID (PC) blocks are lifetime - meaning they will also affect IceSro servers that might be released in the next years.
1. Racism
Racism is no good and the admins might punish you temporarily or permanently upon their own decision and depending on the player's attitude. This rule apply to global chat only. If someone is bothering you in DM chat, simply block his DM.
-First Offense: 24 hours ban
-Second Offense: 3 days ban
-Third Offense: Permanent ban
2. Religions & Believes
Sending globals regarding the believes and religions is not allowed even if you are not offending. Religions and believes are personal stuff and must be kept out of the public chat. This rule apply to global chat only. If someone is bothering you in DM chat, simply block his DM.
-First Offense: Ban period is dependant on Admin's Decision.
3. Bug Abuse
Abusing any kind of bug on purpose is strictly forbidden.
-First Offense: Ban period is dependant on Admin's Decision.
4. Advertisements
Promoting other servers (in any chat) is strictly forbidden.
First Offense:
- Permanent account block
- Permanent IP block
- Permanent HWID (PC) block
- Permanent account block for all the accounts associated with your IP and HWID (PC)
- Permanent block for your character name
5. Virtual Machine
Virtual Machine use is strictly forbidden and will be treated as dll bypass. We have technical ability to detect Virtual Machine users and every account associated with that Virtual Machine will be affected.
First Offense:
- Permanent account block
- Permanent IP block
- Permanent HWID (PC) block
- Permanent account block for all the accounts associated with your IP and HWID (PC)
- Permanent block for your character name
6. Dll Bypass
Using third party software to bypass the limits is strictly forbidden. We have technical ability to detect dll bypassers and every account associated with dll bypasser will be affected.
First Offense:
- Permanent account block
- Permanent IP block
- Permanent HWID (PC) block
- Permanent account block for all the accounts associated with your IP and HWID (PC)
- Permanent block for your character name
7. Account Hacking
Hacking into someone elses account and causing any harm on the account will not be tolerated.
First Offense:
- Permanent account block
- Permanent IP block
- Permanent HWID (PC) block
- Permanent account block for all the accounts associated with your IP and HWID (PC)
- Permanent block for your character name
8. Illegal Software
Using any kind of software other than the softwares listed below is strictly forbidden.
-Mbot, Sbot, Alchemy/Fuse Tool, PhBot
First Offense:
- Permanent account block
- Permanent IP block
- Permanent HWID (PC) block
- Permanent account block for all the accounts associated with your IP and HWID (PC)
- Permanent block for your character name
9. VPN/Proxy Use
VPN/Proxy use is strictly forbidden. If you really in need of a VPN, you must inform IceSro Staff by contacting them on Discord

- Permanent account block for all the accounts associated with your IP and HWID (PC)

10. Provocative Globals
Spreading rumors and/or unconfirmed reports related to game or service, sending provocative globals, bullying-flaming the server or Electus Team members will not be tolerated.
First Offense:
- Permanent account block
- Permanent IP block
- Permanent HWID (PC) block
- Permanent account block for all the accounts associated with your IP and HWID (PC)
- Permanent block for your character name
11. Hosting Events
Hosting Events in the game is not allowed. Players are tend to do that when they decide to quit and giveaway their items. This spreads negativity via globals and we don't like this.
-First Attempt: 3 hours ban
-Second Attempt: 3 days ban
-Third Attempt: 3 week ban
12. Inappropriate Use of Bots
Using bots to camp on unique spawn points is not allowed. This would only kill the joy and we don't want this to happen
-First Offense: 1 day ban
-Second Offense: 3 days ban
-Third Offense: 1 week ban
13. Posting Personal Information
Sharing personal information in global chat is strictly forbidden. This might include social media links, phone number, email adress or any data that is belong to somebody. (Not necessarily a player but anyone).
-First Offense: Admin's decision
14. Inappropriate Global Use
Using the global chat is simply speaking out loud to thousands of players. Know what you saying. Sharing links in global chat is limited to screenshots and videos. Sending any other links in global chat might result in punishment.

15. Scamming Players
Attempting to scam players in gold, silk or in any way such as:
* Stalling an item for low amount of gold and then changing it to high right before enabling the purchase
* Scamming players in Dungeon Entry gold
* Using tricks to fool the players with lower tier item via exchange is not tolerated.
-First Offense: Admin's decision
16. Using Safezone Buffers
Abusing safe zone buffers or buffers without cape is strictly forbidden.
-First Offense: 12h ban
-Second Offense: 3 days ban
-Third Offense: 1 week ban
Rules written above might be updated and the new ones may be added. It's player's responsibility to keep up-to-date.
